LEMAN-Instruments designed the DUO18LCMS Gas Station to meet the Nitrogen and Air flows, purities and pressures required by the BRUKER EVOQ TQ LC/MS Series.Functioning Principe: Partially dried compressed Air is
provided by the internal oil-free scroll, low noise and low vibration compressor module. The line of compressed Air aliments a first single stage Pressure Swing Adsorbtion (PSA) unit, where Nitrogen with purity >99% is then extracted from AIR by a set of filters filled up with CMS; a second single stage PSA unit dries and purify Air. Output lines are regulated to the set values and filtered of remaining particulates down to 0.1μm. The DUO18LCMS Gas Station is equipped with a Power Economy Function which switches off the compressor when Air consumption is reduced or stopped. Each instrument is equipped with high performance communication interfaces RS485,USB, Ethernet to create a very flexible gas network with local or central control. Due to the software being focused on safety, automatic regulation and reliable communications, the DUO18LCMS Gas Station is easy to install, reliable, safe and pleasant to operate.
