HIGH PURITY OXYGEN GENERATOR WITH ON BOARD COMPRESSOR
LEMAN-INSTRUMENTS designed the OXY 40L product line of High Purity Oxygen Generator, to fit almost any type of application which needs independent supply of pure Oxygen close to the consumer in laboratory environment.
Based on the field proven Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology, Oxygen is extracted from a set of filters filled up with different molecular beds. After the extracting process, O2 is stored in a buffer and filtered of remaining particulates down to 0.01μm; finally output pressure is regulated electronically to the set value, between 0.5 and 5 bar (7 to 72 psig).
Models with outflows of 500, 1000, 4000, 7000 Nml/min O2 are available with purity >99.999% O2
Each instrument is equipped with high performance communication interfaces (USB, RS485, Ethernet and WLAN) to create a very flexible gas network with local or central control.
Due to the software being focused on safety, automatic regulation and reliable communications, the OXY40L are easy to install, reliable, safe and pleasant to operate.
