Grade 44, with its fine particle retention properties, is finer than Grade 42. The flow rate of Grade 44 is twice that of Grade 42. A filter paper used for critical gravimetric analysis and metal determination of very fine particles such as barium and lead sulphates, calcium oxalate and calcium fluoride.
